St. Louis Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Study

Project Description

A bi-state marketing analysis study to determine economic development opportunities around various MetroLink transit stations, Hudson and Associates, LLC., (Hudson) is charged with creating a Stakeholder Involvement Plan designed to engage and garner input from key stakeholders in the states of Missouri and Illinois (southwestern Illinois).

Efforts will include an educational component on transit-oriented development, coordinating public meetings and briefings with potential investors, developers, elected officials, regional business leaders, and transportation partners in both states.  Hudson will also be responsible for developing media strategies and implementing innovative engagement tools and materials to reach large audiences.
