Management and Operation of Parking

Project Description

Hudson is currently partnered on the Management and Operations of Parking Services for the St. Louis Lambert International Airport Parking program. As part of the SuperPark team, Hudson staff includes the assistant general manager and two site managers that provide oversight and parking operations management on a scope of work that includes cashiers, shuttle operations, staff training, curb management, maintenance and collections, and facility janitorial/maintenance. In addition, Hudson’s staff of 35+ man all cashiering operations at STL’s  2 garages and 5 lots for a total of 9048 spaces. Hudson is responsible for cashiering process and procedures that include acceptance of payments, daily reconciliation, cash drops, safety, and quality control.
