Saint Louis County COVID Hotline

Project Description

Within a two-week timeframe Hudson successfully deployed a staff of 9 personnel to operate a remote COVID-19 Hotline for Saint Louis County to relate information on elements of the Cares Act and protocols for the Novel Coronavirus- COVID-19. The Hotline was active from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm daily, with hours of 8:00 am to noon on Saturdays. All Hudson Information Ambassadors received extensive customer service training along with intensive subject matter training related to the CARES Act, COVID Guidance, the Small Business Relief program, and additional resources available to assist citizens during the pandemic. During this very fluid situation that changed frequently, Hudson developed guidance documents and provided updated information resources daily for Information Ambassadors to convey to citizens and businessowners.
