Project Description
During the initial phase of the City of St. Louis’ deployment of new parking pay station technology, for 18 months Hudson provided eight On-Street Parking Ambassadors that walked every quadrant downtown and made themselves available to assist and train citizens and visitors to use the new Parkeon pay stations and IPS meters. Ambassadors also gave parkers information on the various Park Louie services, in addition to giving them introduction to the Parkmobile app for ease of remote payments, they were available to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
