Project Description

Hudson provided non-traditional, grassroots employee recruiting methods to assist one of its national parking partners with identifying and engaging candidates for employment at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). Positions included shuttle drivers, valet attendants, customer service representatives, and maintenance porters. Hudson was responsible for developing outreach strategies and implementing innovative engagement tools and materials to reach potential candidates from the Cincinnati Covington region.
