Project Description
The Metropolitan Sewer District’s 23-year, $4.7 billion Consent Decree program by EPA mandate will plan, design, and build system-wide improvements to address water quality and alleviate wastewater and stormwater overflows in the St. Louis region. Hudson and Associates, LLC (Hudson) is working with MSD District Executive staff and the consultant teams to communicate and engage the St. Louis region about various project milestones and efforts for the Project Clear initiatives. Hudson is responsible for providing current information, and collaboration with the community on behalf of MSD’s efforts to protect public health through effective wastewater management strategies.
