Project Description
As an ACDBE partner, Hudson performed on the Operations of Parking Facilities and Valet Services as BNA Park. At this 24/7, 365 parking operation with over 11,729 spaces, Hudson provided a Parking Operations Manager, Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service Advocates, Valet Cashiers, Valet Key Attendants and Maintenance/Janitorial Porters. Hudson provided Customer Service Ambassador training for all staff, reconciliation of all payments accepted, managed customer calls to self-park and valet operations, key box management, curb management, customer vehicle assistance, and dispatch.
